What is Smart Glass?
Smart glass, also called laminated smart glass, switchable glass, or privacy glass, is manufactured by sealing PDLC technology between two layers of glass. When power is on, the glass stays clear. When power is off, it returns to its frosted private state.
Because the smart layer is built into the glass itself, smart glass is stronger, neater, and better suited to long-term, high-end installations than smart film, which is applied to existing glass. It is ideal for new partitions, doors, windows, façades, bathrooms, and custom privacy solutions.
